Yes — if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is fully refunded. No questions asked.
Is the deposit an extra charge?
No. Your deposit is deducted from your total service price on the day. It's simply paying a portion of your service upfront to secure your slot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Stripe, and PayPal for both deposits and final payments.
What if I need to reschedule?
